Overview

Pursuant to the relevant decisions of the High Contracting Parties to the Protocol, the Fourth Conference was held in Geneva on 22 and 23 November 2010 under the presidency of Ambassador Peter Woolcott of Australia. The Conference took place in the Palais des Nations, United Nations Office at Geneva.
