Overview

The Preparatory Committee of the Third Review Conference was held in the Palais des Nations from 8 to 12 April 1991. It was chaired by Ambassador Roberto Garcia Moritan of Argentina.

The Preparatory Committee prepared the way for the Third Review Conference of the Biological Weapons Convention which took place in Geneva from 9 to 27 September 1991.
