Overview
The 2025 Meeting of the High Contracting Parties to the Convention will take place in Conference Room Tempus of the Palais des Nations, Geneva, Switzerland on 12 November 2025. It will be chaired by H.E. Arthur Sewankambo Kafeero, Deputy Permanent Representative of the Republic of Uganda to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva.
Participants at the meeting are invited to read and familiarize themselves with the Code of Conduct to prevent harassment, including sexual harassment, at UN system events.

States wishing to submit a working paper must send the document to the CCW ISU (ccw@un.org) in Word format. States are kindly asked to submit working papers at least one week before the start of the meeting, to allow enough time to format and circulate the document.
