Overview
The Group of Experts of the High Contracting Parties to Amended Protocol II of the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons (CCW) will take place on 10-11 November 2026 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva.
On 20 April 2026, on behalf of the Coordinators on Improvised Explosive Devices, Mr. Angel Horna (Peru) and Colonel Philippe Lejeune (France), the CCW Implementation Support Unit circulated a letter regarding the meeting of the Group of Experts of the High Contracting Parties to Amended Protocol II, as well as the work the Coordinators intend to undertake in preparation for this meeting.

Participants at the meeting are invited to read and familiarize themselves with the Code of Conduct to prevent harassment, including sexual harassment, at UN system events.
